I have to backup my old files and as i am rstoring my files app is asking for password which I forgot as i clicked on send verification otp in forgot password app is hanging ar lagging and asking to start app again ar network error!!…please help me thinkyeah its an emergency

I can able to restore my lost files it contains many important pictures and videos

Is Thinkyeah a reliable application? I am thinking to buy the pro version but looks like the team is not responding to any tickets.
