I have purchased lifetime package for this app but even after deducting 15.16 dollar from my account, it days failed to purchase. I have tried so many times. When i open the app a message pop up saying "pro license detected verify to upgrade but when i click it it says payment confirm failed".. need help

I am Unable to restore my purchase after my yearly renewal.
